Year 10 have used their knowledge of Lenin and the Bolshevik seizure of power to design a book cover with a suitable title and picture, historical notes, information on the author, review quotes and the blurb. They therefore had to use skills and knowledge from their English studies and ideas of audience and purpose regarding an historical novel.
