Beverley Joint Sixth A-Level Results 2012

We are delighted that we have another set of outstanding A Level results.  The pass rate is 99% with 52% achieving A*/A/B grades.  29% of our results were at A*/A grades.

We would like to congratulate all our magnificent students.  Their hard work and effort has certainly paid off.  Their attitude has been excellent and that is reflected in their results.

There have been some brilliant individual results with Rebecca Pearson and Peter Ma achieving 4 A* grades.  A further 3 students achieved 4 A*/A grades and a further 17 students achieved 3 A or A* grades.  All told we had 22 students with 3 or more grade As or better.  That is truly outstanding.

We have 2 students who have achieved the grades necessary to gain places at Oxbridge: Sophie Collins to read French at Oxford and Peter Ma to read Law at Cambridge.

We would like to thank all the hard work put in by our excellent teaching and support staff.  Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile has enabled our students to reach their potential.  Well done everyone!
