Further to the post-monitoring visit information evening held on 17 September, I would like to confirm the following reporting and Parents’ Evening arrangements for this academic year.
Following the introduction of Vertical Tutoring, there will be Parent/Tutor review meetings as follows:-
Year 11 – Friday, 8 November 2013
Year 10 – Tuesday, 17 December 2013
Year 7 – Thursday, 13 February 2014
Year 8 – Wednesday, 2 April 2014
Year 9 – Monday, 23 June 2014
The school will close early on these days at the end of Period 4, and appointments will be made from 2.30 pm. More details will follow nearer the date for each year group.
Subject Parents’ Evenings are as follows:-
Year 8 – Tuesday, 12 November 2013
Year 12 – Wednesday, 27 November 2013
Year 13 – Thursday, 5 December 2013
Year 11 – Wednesday, 12 February 2014
Year 9 – Tuesday, 25 February 2014
Year 10 – Thursday, 3 April 2014
Year 7 – Thursday, 1 May 2014
Appointments will be made with subject teachers from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm. The school will be producing enhanced reports six times per year, to be able to keep you fully informed about the effort and progress your son is making. Reports will be issued both electronically, through the school’s e-portal system and paper copies will also be available. You will be issued with a Username and Password, along with instructions on how to access the reports electronically. Reports will be produced every 6 weeks as follows:-
Report A – week commencing 21 October 2013
Report B – week commencing 9 December 2013
Report C – week commencing 3 February 2014
Report D – week commencing 24 March 2014
Report E – week commencing 19 May 2014
Report F – week commencing 7 July 2014
