On Wednesday 8th July 2015, all Beverley Grammar and Beverley High Year 10 students took part in a Futures Day.
The aim of the day was to enable students to understand the possible pathways for post-16 options.
Students opted for either an A-level or non A-level route.
The A-level route consisted of taster lessons in a variety of A-level subjects, an opportunity to speak with current A-level students and a visit to the university of Hull to find out about University life.
The range of subjects that students could opt for in the taster lessons was:
|Art & Design|
|Government & Politics|
The non A-level route allowed students to explore the possibilities available at local FE colleges, apprenticeships and the armed forces.
Students also got to take part in a number of team building activities.
