Year 6 Virtual Open Evening – Monday 5 October 2020
In order to help you decide which secondary school you would like your child to attend in September 2021, Beverley Grammar School is holding a Virtual Open Evening on Monday 5 October 2020 to which you and your child are warmly invited. The event starts online at 6.30 pm. Unfortunately, due to restrictions, we are unable to allow tours of the school at this time.
To access the event, please use the following link which will take you to the online meeting. You may wish to try the link in advance to ensure that it works for you – if you are using a tablet or mobile device you may need to download the Google Meet app first. If you are using the app, you can use this code to join: cng-jufh-kay
You should see a blank screen with a ‘join now’ button on the right-hand side. When you are ready to join the meeting you should use this button – silencing your microphone unless requested otherwise.

Applications can be made to the Local Authority either online or by completing a paper copy. The deadline for applications to be submitted is 31 October 2020.

If you can’t apply online you can contact the School Admissions team by calling 01482 392100 or by emailing schooladmissions@eastriding.
The results of on-time applications will be emailed to parents on the morning of Monday 1 March 2021. Those who didn’t apply online will receive letters in the post from Tuesday 2 March 2021. A letter will be sent out on the 2 March 2020 informing you of the result of your application.
