Xello

Xello is an engaging online careers program that prepares students for post-secondary success in academics, careers and life. The program puts students at the centre of their career and future planning experience. It helps them build self-knowledge, explore their options, create a plan, and develop the 21st-century skills needed to thrive in the world of work.

With Xello, your child will:

1.         Build self-knowledge: Define their interests, skills, preferences, and aspirations so they can explore the opportunities right for them. 

2.        Explore options: Learn about career possibilities and educational pathways by exploring rich, engaging content and lessons.

3.        Create a plan: Your child can create dynamic actionable plans that outline the steps needed to achieve school, career, and life goals. 

4.        Learn & reassess: Interactive lessons help your child develop age-appropriate skills and knowledge for success in school and beyond.

You will also be able to see:

• Notes from any meetings your child has had with our school careers advisor.

• Details of any in school careers activities or careers visits that your child has attended.

• Portfolios that your child has created to showcase their skills.

How to access Xello

Your child can log in to their Xello account via desktop or mobile device at home by signing into Google Chrome using their school email account and then selecting Xello from the “BGS Students” list at the top-left of the screen.

To access your parental “Xello family” account, you will first need to register using the information you will be sent in an email. Once you have registered, you can access your parental account here:   https://login.xello.co.uk/
