An Associate Assistant Headteacher, Head of English, with additional responsibility for Literacy, is required for a full time, permanent position at this over-subscribed, 11 to 18 boys’ comprehensive school with a successful ‘Joint Sixth’ form (with the neighbouring girls’ school, Beverley High).
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and determined person to lead a well-established and successful department, whilst also leading the continued development of Literacy across the curriculum, as part of an extended Leadership Team. If you are an excellent teacher, with a passion for your subject and can demonstrate strategic vision for the range of subjects delivered within the English Department, we would love to hear from you.
