The Sky Sports ‘Living for Sport’ scheme has been a great success with the BGS Sport Panel.
The team have been working with Ben Pipes, ex-GB Volleyball Captain on the programme.
The scheme looks to help all ability groups in delivering events and making sport enjoyable for all. Ben and the group worked closely together over 3 sessions to plan and deliver a basketball festival for Beverley Primary Schools. The festival ran with superb efficiency with Keldmarsh Primary winning on the night!
Ben said ‘The lads worked fantastically as a group supporting each other throughout and made the event extremely enjoyable for all involved’.
The group, pictured here with Ben, represented the school and the sport panel very well.
