Message from the Headteacher re. Christmas Carol Service Rehearsal, Monday 10th December.
Further to Mrs Hughes’ letter outlining the arrangements for rehearsals for the Carol Service on Monday, 10 December 2012, I write to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the rehearsal time has been changed from the afternoon to the morning.
Students will now walk to the Minster at 10.00 am and return to school at approximately 12.35 pm. A note to this effect will be in the student planner and I would be grateful if you could sign this to show acceptance of the new arrangements. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this change then please do not hesitate to contact the school.
