Opportunities Post 16 Evening
You will be well aware that your son will soon be making some very important decisions about his future education or career.
If he is to make an informed choice it is important that he investigates all avenues open to him. With this in mind, Beverley High School and Beverley Grammar School will be holding an open evening entitled “The Joint Sixth Form – Opportunities Post 16”, on Thursday 7th November 2013. The venue is Beverley Grammar School and all Year 11 students are invited to attend with their parents between 6.00 p.m. and 8.00p.m. (Parents will be asked to sign in upon arrival).
A brief talk about the Joint Sixth Form will be given by Ms Japp and Mr Hodson at 6.00p.m.and repeated at 7.00p.m. in order to introduce parents to the way in which the Joint Sixth Form is run.
Information on all courses will be available during the course of the evening. Staff, current sixth form students and representatives from the Youth Support Service have been invited in order to answer any questions you or your son may have.
We look forward to seeing you at the Open Evening. We would be grateful if you would download and print the reply slip below, and return it to your son’s Form Tutor by Friday 25th October 2013.
