Great performances in Spelling Bee regional finals.

On Thursday 18th April, Mrs Groak took four Year 7 students to the Regional Final of the Routes into Languages Spelling Bee competition. Joe Bellotti, Richard Holgate, Oliver Dobson and Vinira Wijesuriya had made it through 2 heats to get this far!

On Thursday 6th December, Kerry Dobson from Routes into Languages came in to talk to year9 cohort about the importance of language learning. With Year 9 fast approaching choosing their options, Mrs Groak wanted the students to realise the importance nowadays of studying a language at GCSE and beyond.
